Shipping Policy

How much? $9.95 flat rate for anywhere in Canada.

Spent $200 or more? It’s on the house, we will ship it for free.

At the time, we do not accept international orders.

How long? 4-10 business days, within Canada.

Due to the ever changing Covid situation there may be times where shipping has been suspended or delayed.

Tracking will be provided for all orders, so you know where our be-hinds are at all times.

My parcel is late? Check your orders ETA via your tracking details.This is where you’ll be updated on the parcel’s movements and if there’s been any issues. If it has been over 2 business days late (since the delivery estimate date), you can launch an investigation via your tracking page, or contact us and we can help do this for you. Once the investigation has been lodged keep an eye on your tracking page for real-time updates. You don’t need to do anything else – we’ll have the results of the investigation back to you within 7-10 business days. Once the status of the package has been determined we will work with you to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Things you need to know?

We like relaxing on weekends and public holidays. So your order will be dispatched the following business day.

If a delivery is returned to us by the courier for no fault of our own, the customer will need to pay re-shipping costs. For example, if you entered the incorrect address or if the customer failed to pick up the order from the collection location in due time after a card is left by the courier.

We will endeavour to ensure goods are delivered to you within the timeframes outlined for Standard delivery, however we will not be liable for late delivery by Canada Post or Couriers. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Glowgirl Skincare’s obligations in relation to delivery end when goods are collected by Canada Post or Couriers Please for delivery to your nominated delivery point.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Online Purchases: Any item purchased online can be refunded if the purchaser returns it within 15 days of purchase.

If a product you ordered is received in faulty condition or is not as shown to you on the Website, you are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit, provided you return the item to us. Change of mind? It happens, if you’re not entirely happy with the product, we can offer you an exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase. This excludes delivery and re-delivery costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not be able to do anything about your order once 15 days have passed. Unfortunately, we do not refund, or exchange opened or used products. Please include your name and order number with the product you are returning. Your refund or exchange will be processed once the team at Glowgirl Skincare have received and approved your returned item. We will notify you with confirmation, and your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Exchanges will be applied as a credit to your account. Getting in touch about a return, please include your order number and product details in the email. We do not have control over our chosen couriers, so please be mindful when ordering for time-specific occasions (e.g. birthdays, Christmas.) We do not refund if you order does not arrive on time or if the Courier has attempted delivery. In-Store Purchases: Any in-store purchases must be returned to the store of purchase for exchange or refund.
